OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
The Happydent Strip Hunter Contest will hereafter be referred to as "Contest".

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest will officially be integrated in to www.facebook.com/HappydentIndonesia (the ‘Happydent Indonesia Facebook page’) at. The Contest commences every Monday (22nd April, 29th April, 6th May, 13th May) at 0900 hours (Jakarta time) and entries will be accepted from henceforth till the end of the Contest on a weekly basis. The Contest will end on 19th May 2013 at 2359 hours (Jakarta time) and entries made after that time will not be accepted.

ENTRIES AND PARTICIPATION
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of his/her submission of entry to the Contest to participate. Applicable phone, internet, postal or any other charges may apply, and the participants shall be responsible for such costs and expenses.
By taking part in the Contest, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and related terms and conditions, and the prevailing Facebook terms and conditions of use, all of which may be amended from time to time by Happydent Indonesia and/or Facebook, as the case may be, without notification to him or her.
Participation is not open to employees of PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia and BBH Worldwide.
Participants are required to "Like" the official Happydent Indonesia Facebook page at www.facebook.com/HappydentIndonesia, submit an entry and fill out all necessary information to participate.
Each participant must complete his/her entry by providing his/her full name, email, and contact number.
During the Contest Period, each participant/Facebook user is limited to one entry per day. Participants are responsible for complying with these Contest Rules.

Winners of the Contest shall be selected based on the following categories, criteria and timelines:
1. Weekly Prizes: Every week from commencement date (22nd April 2013 at 0900hrs) on every following Monday (i.e. 29th April, 6th May, 13th May, 20th May) at 1000 hours, PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia will award ten (10) participants (based on unique Facebook ID and Full Name) a weekly prize each consisting of [1x 4GB USB Stick and 1 Product Hamper] and one (1) participants (based on unique Facebook ID and Full Name) a grand prize consisting of [1 x 7inch 16GB Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.0). Winners are randomly selected from all correct entry submissions, as determined by PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia. A participant (based on Facebook User ID and identification number) will not be eligible to win a weekly prize more than once during the Contest Period. The Weekly Prize is limited to one prize per mailing address.

Winners will be notified via electronic mail by 20th May 2013 based on the submitted contact details and shall ensure that he or she remain contactable at all times. If PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia fails to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever, it may at its discretion elect to determine another winner in accordance with the Contest mechanism or forfeit the prize.
Winners will be required to submit personally the following verification documents to be eligible to collect any prize: verify his/her name and contact details by providing proof of identity in the form as determined by PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia. The award of prizes shall be subject to verification to the full satisfaction of PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia.
Prizes are not convertible to cash. Substitution of gifts by winners will not be entertained. PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia reserves the right to end or amend the mechanics of the promotion at any time without notice. All prizes will be awarded "as is" basis, and all warranties, express or implied are disclaimed. PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia does not guarantee nor bear liability regarding the quality, performance, technical specifications or safety of the prize.
PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia will liaise directly with the winners via electonic mail to arrange for the collection of their prizes.
Prizes which remain unclaimed by any participant shall be conclusively forfeited by such participant, and such forfeited prize shall be dealt with at PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia discretion in accordance with applicable laws.
No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners is permitted. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. RELEASES
Each participant represents and warrants that all materials, documents and forms submitted or created by him or her in connection with the Contest do not infringe on the rights of any party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights any patent, trademark or brand name registered or enforceable anywhere in the world. Such participant shall indemnify PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia and its affiliates against any claims, liability damages, costs and expenses incurred by PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia and its affiliates arising out of or in connection with any such infringement, and shall at the request of PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia, defend any action brought about against PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia and its affiliates for any such claim for liability and/or damages.

OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS
By participating in the Contest, participants hereby opt-in, and agree and authorize, PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia, to use at its discretion, without further compensation to the participants, any of their names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law), and to the use of statements or any creative content made by or attributed to winners of this Contest, and any rights in connection therewith. The participant shall not own any rights (including moral rights) to any of his or her work or creations submitted in connection with the Contest and accordingly agree to unconditionally waive all such rights.
All worldwide intellectual property rights, including moral rights, in any work or submission by any participant made in connection with the Contest shall be perpetually and unconditionally vested in and owned by PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia without further need for documentation or action but the participant shall execute any documentation where necessary or required by PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia for such purposes. PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia shall have the right to create derivative works therefrom and sublicence any such works to any third party at its discretion without compensation to any participant. Each participant waives all moral rights (or its equivalent in any applicable jurisdiction) he or she may have over the Contest works/submission.

Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Contest entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, human errors of any kind, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials related to in this Contest.

Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia will not assume responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from the participant participating in the Contest or for any of the foregoing (i) any printing or typographical errors in any materials or communication associated with the Contest (ii) any technical malfunction and/or problem with the prizes and (iii) any use of the prizes. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia from any liability whatsoever. PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia reserves the right to alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
CONDITIONS
THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAWS. To the extent permitted by law, the right to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or on connection with this Contest are hereby excluded and any participant expressly waives any and all such rights. Certain restrictions may apply. Entries are deemed void if PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia determines the entries are illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft.
By entering, participants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Contest Rules; (b) that the decisions of the Judges are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Contest; and (c) if the participant wins, that PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia may use the winning submission and each winner's name, likeness, and/or voice in any publicity or advertising relating to the Contest or future promotions without compensation or approval (except where prohibited by law). All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges and/or foreign duties on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any entry and/or participant (including a participant's identity and email address), disregard any rating or votes on any entry that does not meet PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia 's requirements for the Contest, and to disqualify any participant who is not eligible, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Contest Rules or who tampers with the entry process or breaches any of the Official Contest Rules or terms and conditions. PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia has the right to remove any entries or block any users that use profanity, racial slurs, foul language or comments that may be deemed as an attack on the PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia or the Contest. By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise in violation of any laws.
Failure by PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. If PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia elects to cancel or terminate the Contest, PT. Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia will not retain any rights in the submitted entries.
